H-1B Lottery Results
USCIS has completed the initial H-1B lottery selection for FY2026. Selected registrants may file petitions beginning April 1 through June 30. If not selected, registrations remain in the reserve pool for potential additional selections.
USCIS Fee Rule
The new USCIS fee schedule is now in effect. Most application fees have increased, with significant changes to premium processing and H-1B registration fees. Employers should budget accordingly.
