Attorney Linh Do is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Do Law Office, an immigration and personal injury law firm based in Lilburn, Georgia. She represents individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States and internationally in a wide range of immigration matters while also advocating for injury victims across Georgia.

As a Vietnamese immigrant who came to the United States in 1993, Attorney Do understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and emotional journey many immigrants face while navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her personal experience continues to shape the compassionate, client-focused approach she brings to every case and every client relationship.

Attorney Do earned dual degrees in Political Science and History from Georgia State University before receiving her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2013. Prior to founding Do Law Office, she gained valuable legal experience working with respected organizations including Troutman Pepper Locke LLP and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

With more than a decade of legal experience, Attorney Do has built her practice on honesty, diligence, transparency, and genuine care for her clients. She believes legal representation should provide not only strong legal guidance, but also trust, communication, and support during some of the most important and difficult moments in a person’s life.

Attorney Do founded Do Law Office with the vision of creating a law firm that is approachable, responsive, and deeply committed to serving immigrant families and local communities. Under her leadership, the firm has assisted clients across all 50 states and internationally in matters involving family-based immigration, marriage-based green cards, employment-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, citizenship, and naturalization.

In addition to immigration law, Attorney Do also represents clients in automobile accident cases throughout Georgia, helping individuals and families navigate the recovery process and pursue the compensation they deserve after serious injuries.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Attorney Do is passionate about serving the Vietnamese community in the United States and abroad. Her bilingual and culturally informed approach allows clients to feel understood, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.
